Among the more prepared 262 thous. Pomeranian residents have already activated tourist vouchers for over a period 46 thousand, i.e. 17,6 proc. The most vouchers, because as many as 21,3 proc., activated in the province. Silesian, while the least – 13,1 proc. in Lublin.
The tourist voucher is to support both Polish families and the domestic tourism industry, which suffered as a result of the COVID-19 epidemic. Each child for whom an allowance or child benefit is granted is entitled to a voucher in the amount of PLN 500. The exception are children with a certified disability, who are entitled to a “double” tourist voucher. The voucher can be used to pay for hotel services and tourist events in Poland.
The voucher is serviced only on the Electronic Services Platform (PUE ZUS). The voucher can be activated there at any time (e.g. a few days before the planned vacation), after providing contact details (e-mail address and mobile phone number).
You can pay with the voucher at entities that registered on the list run by the Polish Tourist Organization. So far, they have signed up close 16 thousand
