CIUDAD VALLES.- Between the IMSS and the Health Sector, 44 thousand influenza vaccines have been administered so far, according to data from the two health agencies.
From two and a half months to date, the number of vaccines that have been applied in the Health Sector against the virus that has four serotypes (two of them dangerous to human health), has been 28 thousand biological ones, that is, the 70 percent of the target population.
On the other hand, the Family Medicine Unit 3, in charge of vaccinating Social Security beneficiaries, has administered more than 16 thousand vaccines, out of a total of 23 thousand that it has as a goal.
The influx of visitors to the modules has increased since the cold began to set in at the beginning of the winter season, which has also been positive for advancing the vaccination campaign, for the benefit of the population.
