Vienna – In a remarkable alliance, 403 Austrian credit institutions have submitted a joint application to the Constitutional Court (VfGH). They are fighting the interest-free loan deferrals that the Turquoise-Green government has enacted by law for certain loans from April 1, 2020 to January 31, 2021.
