NEW YORK — Police are investigating a bizarre crime involving more than 30 vehicles in a single Queens community overnight, authorities said Thursday.
Dozens of windows were broken in vehicles parked overnight near Mount Zion Cemetery on Queens Boulevard between 51st and 58th streets, the New York police confirmed.
Others were damaged along 47th Street and Roosevelt, authorities said.
Some items were taken, police said. The video shows heavy damage to some of the cars, with glass littering passenger seats and taxi windows shattered.
Police say their investigation is ongoing.
