Arges. Over 2,000 children in suffering!

The latest data from the National Agency for Payments and Social Intervention show that the number of disabled children in Argeș County is over 2,000 at the moment.
1,287 of them are classified as severely disabled, 247 with accentuated disability, and 521 with medium disability.

Another 7 children are diagnosed with HIV-AIDS.
In total, there are around 25,000 disabled people in Argeș.
The amounts paid to help them from the state budget are, most of the time, not enough for a decent living, especially considering the poor health conditions of the beneficiaries.
