Who knows. The Poles reacted vigorously, that is, on a verbal level. “Dilapidated,” wrote the website przegladsportowy.pl in the headline to address the Albanian fans who whistled during the Polish anthem. To make matters worse, the players had to sing it unaccompanied. Apparently they didn’t let her into the stadium at all. Or at least she couldn’t be heard over the speakers.
“Albanian fans behaved outrageously,” wrote a website reporting on the events in Tirana. “The fans there completely drowned out the Polish national anthem, which our players had to sing a cappella,” described the author of the article.
Poles do not shine in the qualification. It actually started already in the first match against the Czech Republic… In Albania, they didn’t have a pleasant result either, and they are only fourth in the table.
There were many scandalous scenes. Before the start of the match there were riots in the stands and the police had to intervene. Even then, the atmosphere was very explosive.
The next stage of the Albanian-Polish “war” took place during the anthems. Local fans accompanied Dąbrowski’s mazurka with deafening squeals. It was impossible to drown them out with singing.
If we play like we sang the anthem, it will end 0-3

The situation was also quickly commented on on social networks. “May the performance of the national anthem be the worst thing to happen to us today,” wrote one user. His wish did not come true.
“If we play the way we sang the anthem, it will end 0-3,” added another ultimately wrong writer. The Poles lost only 0:2. “What an absurdity and a travesty,” another fan summed up the pre-match events.
