Outrage Over Judge’s Controversial Decisions: Mother Speaks Out on Social Media

“Judge Tatyana Gioneva Koeva, who released Georgi Nikolaev, who cut 18-year-old Deborah from Stara Zagora with a mock knife, also released my son’s killer”, said the blackened mother Mariela Nikolova on social networks.

She lost her son Nikolay Nikolov, known in Plovdiv as NI.so, on June 29, 2018, in an accident at the Hainboaz pass near the village of Pchelinovo. Another musician, Pavel Dyulgerski from Rakovski, traveled with him, who rested from his wounds four months later. The two musicians traveled to participate in Ruse.

Judge Tatyana Gioneva Koeva – this fat-smiling gonsurat who released with a conditional sentence the person who caused an accident in which the lives of two talented musicians were taken. She released the Turkish driver and explained her decision with the argument that “the sentence is not only for punishment, but also a thought and concern for those who continue their lives.

I am disgusted by the corrupt justice system in Bulgaria and by another vile decision of this woman – to release a monster on the street, who inflicted with such cruelty, inhuman abuse and physical pain to an 18-year-old girl, who dared to provoke his displeasure“.

The monsters who kill children with their cars and cut them with mock knives walk free. And all of us, with our inaction, allow oligophrenia to flourish undisturbed! And this will continue to be the case until laws are passed that guarantee immediate and unconditional punishment for criminals, scumbags and all sorts of fringes who run amok on our roads, streets and homes. The bell rings every day for your child, Bulgaria!”adds the blackened mother in her Facebook post.

Turkish publisher Mehmet Kaliman is blamed for the accident. For 5 years he hid from Bulgarian justice. However, he was detained in February this year upon entering the territory of Bulgaria. On May 19, the District Court in Stara Zagora found him guilty, but sentenced the Turkish publisher to a suspended sentence.

In the grounds of the court in Stara Zagora, it is said that both drivers are to blame for the accident and exceeded the speed limit twice over. The Turkish driver admitted his guilt, requested that the case be conducted according to the abbreviated procedure, and thus, according to the law, he received 1/3 lower punishment than provided by law. The court also took into account his clean criminal record.
