Outpatient help in the east of Bremen at m|ca Bremen

Would you like to do something useful on the side? Are diversity, equality and participation important to you? With us you accompany people with disabilities to drink coffee, meet friends or go for a walk. You support them in their daily life. Does a meaningful task that is fun sound good? Then contact us and support people with disabilities in their free time! Possible locations: Mahndorf, Oberneuland, Horn, Sebaldsbrück, Hemelingen

These are your tasks:

• Accompany one or more people with physical and/or mental disabilities in their free time, for example on the way to a sports course or to a meeting with friends. Your support may also be needed in road traffic or when dealing with other people. • On the way to more independence, support and help in difficult situations if necessary. • You are responsible for one or more people. They discuss the coming weeks together and decide together what will happen. • You are present on site at regular team meetings and tell your colleagues about your experiences.

Your qualifications / our requirements:

• We would be pleased if you already have experience in accompanying people with disabilities. • Ideally, you have already completed your pedagogical training or are about to do so. • You are reliable and responsible, so that both we and the person being cared for can rely completely on you. • In difficult situations you remain calm, listen and react empathically. • If you have problems, come to us so we can find a solution together. • They want the same thing as us: a colorful and inclusive Bremen with diversity!
