Microsoft’s Outlook services have been affected by an outage. The problems have been happening worldwide since eight in the morning. Both the Outlook website and apps have been affected.
Microsoft confirms the problems and reports that these could affect users worldwide. The company reports that a recent configuration update on components that route user requests is the cause of the technical issues. This update has since been reverted. Microsoft is currently monitoring the recovery of the service.
