After his re-election Olivier Bianchi said: “The Clermontoises and the Clermontois expressed themselves today and I thank them very warmly for having placed the “Naturally Clermont” list at the top of the vote. You have chosen clarity and continuity for Clermont-Ferrand, a united, protective, ecological and resistant city. (…) I regret the very low turnout which characterizes this election, which is so important for our daily life, for the entire Clermont community and for the metropolis. The ballot remains no less legitimate and sincere and decides the composition of the Municipal Council for the next six years. (…) I measure, and with me, all the new elected municipal officials of the majority, the weight of the responsibilities which fall to us. In recent years, our country and our city have gone through severe hardships and states of emergency are unfortunately too often repeated, whether they are security or health. The consequences of global warming are also being felt more and more strongly and we
must accelerate our investments and our actions to face them resolutely. All these threats, all these challenges, we will have to face them together
“.

Re-elected, Olivier Bianchi expressed himself on Twitter: “I appreciate the importance of this result, the responsibility which is ours today for the next six years. Thanks everyone!“.
