The program “Dancing on Ice” is in full swing in the UK, and like the Norwegian “Skal vi danse”, this is a program many families sit down in front of the television to watch.

This year, the former “Love Island” winner, Ekin-Su Culculoglu (28), is a participant. The 28-year-old quickly became a popular participant in “Love Island”, and now she works weekly to once again win the favor of the viewers.
Ekin-Su has definitely received attention through the participation – but it has been of the negative kind.
Storm of complaints
In one episode, Ekin-Su threw herself onto the ice wearing a skin-colored, skin-tight outfit. Her precious parts were covered in mirror glass and sequins.
Ekin-Su’s glittering ice dance led to a storm of complaints at the broadcaster Ofcom, several British media reports.

The revealing outfit alone is said to have accounted for as many as 112 complaints – and several TV viewers have taken to social media to vent.
“This is a family programme,” writes one viewer.
Another criticizes Ekin-Su for dressing “incredibly inappropriately”.
Get support
It is not just criticism that comes the 28-year-old’s way. She also gets support from some viewers who claim that she doesn’t choose what she wears.
“What would you prefer her to wear? A Sunday dress?”, expresses one.
Got fired
Ekin-Su has also defended the outfit herself.
“If you have a nice butt and you look sexy in a tight outfit, why not. Who cares?”.
It is not yet known whether Ofcom will process the complaints.
