Out of Office Program Helps Burnout Participants at Care Farm, Viewers Say It’s ‘Great’

In the program that started on Tuesday evening, people with burnout complaints participate in a care farm. At the care farm, participants interact with farmers with intellectual disabilities. A mix of two different worlds, where they learn from each other and each other’s talents. A concept that viewers say is ‘great’.

‘Damn, what a sweet and valuable program’, says X. ‘The aid farmers at Out Of Office fantastic! Nice program!’, wrote another on the social media channel.

The participants and farmers work together on a construction project in which the participants look for the balance between work and relaxation. The participants and the helping farmers share their experiences with the presenter in moving and inspiring conversations. For example, one person wants to get out of her comfort zone steps’. “I don’t want to live from fear, I want to live from love.” Another candidate notices that she is easily irritated. “I don’t want to be a version of myself. I just want to be myself. A nice, spontaneous woman. A warm woman.”

Yet, according to a viewer, there is one small point of criticism: ‘Joris Linssen should not sing’.

Out of Office can be seen weekly at 9:30 PM on KRO-NCRV on NPO 1.
