Ousmane Dembele give thanks to Barcelona after officially moving to Paris Saint-Germain. He conveyed it to the public via a personal Instagram account.
Barcelona got Dembele in 2017 from Borussia Dortmund. At the time, the Blaugrana had to spend 105 million euros plus an additional bonus of 40 million euros.
Six seasons is quite a long time for Dembele at Barcelona. He then said goodbye and left for Paris Saint-Germian.
“As most of you already know, I have decided to start a new challenge,” Dembele wrote.
“But I don’t want to leave without first thanking everyone from Barcelona who have supported me over these years: colleagues, coaches, Barcelona staff and the manager.”
“I have grown as a footballer and as a person. It is a pride and an honor to wear the ‘Blaugrana’ shirt. Without a doubt, I carry many memories that will always be in my heart,” he concluded.
PSG reportedly spent 50 million euros to bring in Dembele. This also marks Dembele’s return to Ligue 1 after last defending Rennes in 2015/2016.
