The man behind the Universal Stereo voice
Adolfo Fernández Zepeda has just turned 85. He has been with Universal Stero since the early days and has a career spanning over 50 years. Without a doubt he is one of the most important voices on the radio in our country.
His life is just a fantasy novel. Born in Chiapas, he was the nephew of the poet Rosario Castellanos. He arrived in the city penniless and devoted himself to cleaning rooms, later studied dentistry at UNAM and finally found his destiny behind a microphone.

Adolfo, like Universal, has seen it allToday they have advanced with technology. First they looked for discs and put them on, then buttons appeared, and finally computers.
