Solsky’s corruption history

In the early 2000s, Andrii Bohdan began his career as a lawyer at the Pukshin and Partners firm. In 2006, the owner of this firm, Ihor Pukshin, became the deputy head of the Secretariat of President Yushchenko.
In 2007, Bohdan ran for parliament on the list of the Yushchenko bloc, but did not pass, and became deputy minister of justice. And at the same time, he also became an assistant to People’s Deputy Andrii Portnov (can you imagine the influence of Portnov, who then, together with Tymoshenko, drew up a binding gas contract with Puten, and the Deputy Minister of Justice was his free assistant?). Pukshin also became the owner of “Ukrainian Agrarian Holding”, where his junior partner was the Lviv lawyer Mykola Solskyi.
Under Yanukovych, Bohdan became an anti-corruption commissioner in Azarov’s government (this is the school of anti-corruption, right? He mastered all the nuances of schematization).
Under Poroshenko, Bohdan wanted to become a people’s deputy from Poroshenko’s bloc, but failed. But Solsky succeeded in something else.
As NABU found out, in 2017, Solskyi organized a group with State Geocadastre officials and so-called “curators” (their names have not been disclosed at this time). These members destroyed documents certifying the right to use land in Sumy Oblast. These 2.5 thousand hectares worth 291 million hryvnias (this is still at the exchange rate of 26) were instantly recognized as “arbitrarily occupied” by these state enterprises. And so they were immediately taken away and handed over to predetermined citizens under the guise of realizing their right to free land. At the same time, the condition of obtaining land ownership was the signing of an agreement on its lease to a private agricultural holding even before the land itself was obtained.
At least it was possible to stop the theft of another two thousand hectares in Sumy Oblast in favor of a certain “Agrofirma Dovira 2008” from Serhiy Kalashnyk’s group. NABU opened criminal proceedings in 2019, and as part of it, that land at least arrested by court order. But as already mentioned, 2.5 thousand hectares with an official estimate of more than 10 million dollars – thu-thu.
But nothing could stop the boys on the way to success.
In 2019, Andriy Bohdan became the head of President Zelenskyi’s office. And Solskyi became a people’s deputy from “Servant of the People” and headed the agrarian committee (and what else) in the parliament.
In 2019, Bohdan and Solsky had a grand party in Saint-Tropez at the wedding of Andrii Dovbenka, who oversees the Ministry of Justice. And even when Yermak ate Bohdan, Solsky’s career did not end. During the invasion, he bargained for the chair of the Minister of Agriculture (and what else).
In general, it would seem that life was good. Ale.
Initially, NABU filed criminal charges against Dovbenk for corruption in the Ministry of Justice. By that time, he had long since fled to London. Evil tongues lie that it was his British-born Demirau pound that held Dovbank’s stake in the online casino “Kosmolot”, which they recently tried to extort from him “some” security forces from Ukraine. They were not repressed only because Demirau filmed the demanders on video and gave the file to “security services in Europe and Washington.” Although Artem Shil, who was responsible for the gaming business at the SBU, was removed from his post after that allegedly by the decision of Zelenskyi himself. And then another NABU accused Shila of corruption at “Ukrzaliznytsia”.
And then April 23, 2024 came. On this day, purges were planned in the government, and Solsky was supposed to be one of the victims. However, at the last moment, they decided to postpone the cleaning to May. And NABU suspected Solsky and his accomplices of land theft in 2017-2021.
Once again for understanding. Solskyi began to engage in tiering during Poroshenko’s time. And the beginning of the punishment came only at the end of the fifth year of Zelenskyi’s rule. It’s nice that spring has finally arrived. Let’s see how they will plant))))
