Our city has become a hit in the purchase of luxury houses – furnished, with a magical view of the sea and at a price that is lower than an apartment in Sofia.
About 220 – 250,000 euros is the average price of a house of about 200 square meters in the seaside districts of Burgas. The most offers are in “Sarafovo” and “Kraymorie” from Barov, writes “Trud”.
In “Sarafovo”, the cheapest offers are for 165,000-178,000 euros. The most expensive houses on the market at the moment are three for 370,000 euros. All three are in “Sarafovo”. The most spacious is respectively 200 square meters, with a yard of 1800 square meters, three floors with three bedrooms, each with a bathroom, glazed terraces.
In “Kraymorie” there are currently eight properties on offer, and the prices are not inferior to those in “Sarafovo”.
The houses are on the first line – by the sea or at least with a view of the coast, modern and luxuriously furnished.
They are mainly sought after by families with children who want space and peace. Families who can afford it keep their properties in the heart of the city and seek privacy. Others are even keeping their apartments and moving on to second properties.
There are schools in the neighborhoods, so there is no need for children to travel by bus, the brokers commented. The houses in the neighborhoods that are not on the sea – “Vetren” and “Banevo” are significantly cheaper. A property can be found there at a price of 127,000 euros.
However, the most expensive house up to 200 square meters remains in the center of Burgas – 460,000 euros for 189 square meters.
