Ouihelp opens an agency in Vienna

With the aim of strengthening its presence in the south of Lyon, the home help service company is setting up its 55th branch in Vienna. It will cover an area from Vienne to Venissieux and Bourgoin-Jallieu.

Created in 2016, the company Ouihelp intends to allow pelderly people with loss of autonomy to stay at home thanks to the intervention of a designated carer. After Annecy, Chambéry, Clermont-Ferrand, Grenoble and Lyon, Ouihelp continues its deployment in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. With the opening of its 6e regional agencyin Vienna, the company thus covers nearly 110 communes in the area and in particular Bourgoin-Jallieu and Vénissieux.

Mathilde RollandRhône-Alpes area manager underlines:

“For this agency opening, I am surrounded by people who already have knowledge of Ouihelp and our values. With the whole team, we want to support the growing demand for beneficiaries in the area with qualitative support and rapid support. We aim to support 60 beneficiaries and recruit more than 20 carers by the end of summer 2023.”

The management of this new agency will be entrusted to a Viennese woman, Clemence Bonifacewho until then had been responsible for the sector in Lyon.

Ouihelp specifies that “Since its creation, the company has chosen toinvest in technology to simplify everything that can be and focus on people : well-being of seniors, carers and Ouihelp employees. The company is the first one personal service company and Europe to receive certification from label B Corp.

The B Corp label (for Benefit Corporation), launched in 2006 in the United States, certifies companies with a positive societal and environmental impact. After its recent fundraising of 30 million eurosOuihelp aims to deploy throughout France.
