PT Bukalapak Tbk provides clarification regarding the sale and purchase of shares made and by the selling shareholders of PT Learning Grow Sharing, PT Kolaborasi Kreasi Investa (KKI) and PT Bina Unggul Kencana (BUK).
This happened on November 4, 2021, related to the purchase of 100% of the shares of PT Learning Grow Sharing, totaling 11,340 shares. The value should be US$ 1 million or Rp. 14.3 billion (exchange rate of Rp. 14,300), not US$ 1 billion or Rp. 14.3 trillion.
“We intend to clarify that the sale and purchase of shares made and by the selling shareholders of PT Learning Grow Sharing, PT Kolaborasi Kreasi Investa (KKI) and PT Bina Unggul Kencana (BUK) that occurred on November 4, 2021 was related to the purchase of 100% shares. “The shares of PT Learning to Grow Sharing, as many as 11,340 shares are worth US $ 1 million, not US $ 1 billion,” said Bukalapak Corporate Secretary Perdana A Saputro in the IDX information disclosure, quoted Thursday (24/3/2022).
Bukalapak further explained that the information on the sale and purchase value of the shares was contained in the addendum to the Conditional Shares Sale and Purchase Agreement signed by the selling shareholders of PT Learning to Grow Sharing, PT Learning to Grow Sharing, KKI and BUK on January 11, 2022.
“This information will be published further in the Q4 2021 Financial Report,” he said.
