Ottawa ‘Senators’ rents Balcer to Norwegian club

The Senator reports that Balcers have been hired by the Stavanger Oilers until the start of the NHL training camp. It is not yet known when preparations for the new NHL season will begin. Balcers started his professional career in the Stavanger team, but in 2015 and 2016 he won the title of Norwegian champion in the ranks of this unit.
