Director of Socialization and Anti-Corruption Campaign NCP, Giri Suprapdiono said, the number of Hand Arrest Operations (OTT) by anti-corruption agencies since the revision of the KPK Law and Firli Bahuri’s leadership has fallen drastically.
Giri said, all teams that were included in the 2020-2021 OTT were actually dismissed through the national insight test (TWK) in the process of transferring KPK employees to State Civil Apparatus (ASN).
“The KPK OTT since the revision of the KPK Law and the leadership of the KPK under Firli Bahuri, the red has faded. All members of the 2020-2021 OTT team have actually been caught by the TWK test to be dismissed. Clear, right?” Giri said through his teasing, Monday (7/6).
Furthermore, he detailed, the KPK has carried out a total of nine OTTs during 2020 to mid-2021. Most of the investigators, investigators, and employees, according to Giri, were also involved when the KPK reached the highest OTT record in 2018.
The details are nine Kasatgas, five investigators, and 17 investigators. However, almost all those involved in the OTT have now been dismissed because they have failed to pass the TWK.
“The success of the OTT in 2018, the highest record due to the main role and achievements of 9 task forces, 5 investigators and 17 investigators who were included in the list of 75 TMS TWK employees,” he said.
In data uploaded by Giri in his tweet, the number of OTT KPK has decreased drastically since 2019. The highest number of OTT KPK was carried out in 2018 as many as 30 cases, then 2019 as many as 21, 2017 as many as 19, and 2016 as many as 17 cases.
The number has then decreased since the revision of the KPK Law took effect and Firli led in 2020 to seven OTT, and two OTT in 2021.
Of the nine OTTs conducted by anti -corruption boards in 2020 and 2021, Giri said, all were handled by 75 officers who will now be laid off.
The OTT list includes the Sidoarjo Regent, KPU Commissioner Wahu Setiawan, which includes the Harun Masiku case, East Kutai Regent, Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Minister Eddy Prabowo, Cimahi Mayor, Banggai Regent, Social Minister Juliari. Then in 2021, there will be the Governor of South Sulawesi, Nurdin Abdullah, and the Regent of Nganjuk.
“All of them are handled by 75 Unqualified employees (TMS)-TWK, understand right?” he said.
