The PrePartyES 2022 event was the last of Eurovision’s five warm-up events and was attended by around 2,000 Eurovision fans from around the world. On February 12, the band “Citi zēni” with the song “Eat Your Salad” became the winners of the Latvian Television Song Contest “Supernova 2022”, gaining the opportunity to represent Latvia at the 66th International Eurovision Song Contest in Turin, Italy. The band will perform in the first semifinals on May 10. Albania, Switzerland, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Moldova, Ukraine, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Denmark, Armenia, Austria, Croatia, Iceland and Greece will also take part. The second semi-final of Eurovision will take place on May 12, the final – on May 14.
The group “Other Boys” consists of Jānis Pētersons (vocals), Dagnis Roziņš (vocals and saxophone), Reinis Višķeris (keyboards), Krišjānis Ozols (guitar), Roberts Memmēns (bass) and Toms Kagainis (drums).
