Latvian tennis player Alona Ostapenko has been able to maintain her current position in the world ranking, Anastasia Sevastova has lost two positions, while Ernests Gulbis has lost one position in the ATP ranking.
Information released on Monday shows that Ostapenko is still in 43rd place, but Sevastova has retreated to 48th place in the world ranking. Both tennis players took part in the WTA “Premier” tournament in Rome last week, and both stopped in the first round.
Australian Ashley Barthi is still in the first place in the world, followed by Romanian Simon Halep, and the top three is Japanese Naomi Osaka.
Meanwhile, in the ATP ranking, Gulbis is in 163rd place, losing one position in a week.
