OSS Networks merges with telecommunications technology company Enreach

The international telecommunications technology company “Enreach” has decided to merge with SIA “OSS Networks”, thus starting its operations in the Baltic telecommunications solutions market, the representatives of the companies inform.

Since its establishment in 2010, OSS Networks has provided various telecommunications and IT services to more than 1,100 companies.

As a result of the merger, OSS Networks will continue to provide services to its customers, while beginning to offer Enreach Group’s telecommunications and cloud solutions. The SmartMEX communications solution developed by OSS Networks will complement Enreach’s product portfolio for mobile operators worldwide.

With the support of the investment company Waterland, OSS Networks has become the newest member of the Enreach group of companies.

OSS Networks will continue to be located in Riga. All three founders of the company – Armands Meinarts, Juris Breicis and Mārtiņš Gailītis – will continue to manage and develop the company to contribute to the growth of the Enreach Group. The company currently employs 26 telecommunications professionals, including a new solution development team.
