Just before half past three on Saturday afternoon, the police received a report of a man with a knife outside the 7-year-old in Grensen in Oslo.
– It is a small pocket knife, says operations manager Per Ivar Iversen in the Oslo police to Nettavisen.
A video from the incident shows that the police had to draw weapons and arrest the man by force, because he tried to leave the place. No one was injured.

16.25 Saturday afternoon, the police report that the man has been handed over to the health service, but that he is being reported for disorderly conduct and carrying a knife in a public place.
