Oslo Høyre hires an organizational developer to improve the poor work environment

Less than a year after the elections, there is renewed unrest in the Conservative Party of Oslo. This time in the voicemail at Høyre’s house.

Oslo Høyre leader Morten Steenstrup and deputy leader, Merete Agerbak-Jensen, processed a notification from four employees of the Oslo Høyre secretariat. Whistleblowers have since complained about the treatment to the working committee.

In recent months, there has been a heated conflict over the working environment in the Oslo Høyre secretariat. Last fall, four employees complained of what they believe were questionable workplace conditions and an unsafe work environment. A fifth employee filed an independent report of concern. The person is behind parts of the notification.

No one wanted to speak openly about the matter, but Aftenposten confirmed this information after conversations with sources familiar with the conflict.
