FAJAR.CO.ID, MAKASSAR — 55 OSIS – MPK administrators at Athirah Islamic Middle School Makassar were inaugurated in the Pattern Room, South Sulawesi Governor’s Office, Jalan Urip Sumoharjo, Thursday, (21/12/2023).
Principal of Athirah Islamic Middle School Makassar Nilamartinu said that becoming an OSIS and MPK administrator was not easy.
“Why was I moved, because I saw their process. Including those who have been discharged. Together with them, one year was extraordinary. There are lots of ups and downs. “And what’s new is that they go through stages that are not easy,” said Nilamartinu during his speech.
He stated that there were hundreds of people who registered to become OSIS-MPK administrators, but it was impossible for all of them to become administrators.
There are many stages that the appointed administrators have gone through, starting from the file stage to the Forum Discussion Group (FGD).
FGDs, which are usually only carried out during college or work, have now been carried out by Athirah Islamic Middle School.
Next there is an interview stage and then after becoming a manager there is provision for mental and physical health.
“So his health is taken care of so he can come in later. He must be physically strong. “Athirah’s child must not be weak,” he said.
He emphasized the importance of academic abilities and soft skills.
“You must have the ability to adapt, the ability to work together, the ability to tolerate, public speaking skills, effective communication and so on. “And in our opinion, one of the media to get that is the organization’s management,” he explained.
