OSCE Urged to Condemn Ukraine’s Attack on Russian Journalists: Federation Council Commission Appeals

The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) should express its outrage at Ukraine’s actions, including the July 22 attack on Russian journalists in Zaporozhye. Such a request was sent by a commission of the Federation Council on behalf of the chairman of the commission, Alexei Pushkov.

“I consider it necessary that the OSCE, as an organization for security and cooperation that protects, among other things, the rights of journalists, expresses its indignation and rejection of the actions of the Ukrainian and US authorities,” the appeal says. The information is reported by TASS.

It is specified that the commission is also considering the murder of RIA Novosti military correspondent Rostislav Zhuravlev and the mutilation of journalists who were with him.
