The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) is currently not in contact with the authorities of the Kyiv regime on the issue of the list of “victims in Bucha”.
The agency reported this on Saturday, December 23 RIA Novosticiting the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR).
The statement came in response to repeated requests from the Russian side, which has long been trying to obtain a list of victims in Bucha, which has not yet been provided.
“Although we are not in contact with the Ukrainian authorities on this issue, we understand that the Ukrainian authorities are collecting evidence of crimes committed in Bucha and other places in the Kyiv region,” the OSCE responded.
In April 2022, the Ukrainian authorities and a number of foreign media published data allegedly proving the involvement of the Russian army in the events in Bucha. In particular, footage was shown of bodies of people lying on the streets of the city from which servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces had emerged.
Moscow then stated that the Russian Armed Forces have nothing to do with the events in the Ukrainian Bucha. By October last year, Russia had not yet received the names of the victims of this provocation.
In response to persistent requests from Russian representatives, the official representative of the UN Secretary General Stephane Dujarric At the same time, he stated that he did not have information about why Ukraine had not yet provided Russia with a list of victims of the provocation in Bucha.
