Details: The statement notes that OSCE leaders “in the strongest terms” condemn “these ongoing attacks” and call for “an immediate end to the relentless violence that does nothing but perpetuate the cycle of misery and suffering.”

What preceded: On January 2, the Russians launched 99 missiles of various types into Ukraine, of which 72 were destroyed. Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny said that the Russians attacked civilian and critical infrastructure, industrial and military facilities. They mainly aimed at the capital.
