M Kace attending the trial for examining witnesses related to the case of abuse of the defendant Inspector General Napoleon Bonaparte. M Kace came to the South Jakarta District Court in handcuffs.
Monitoring detik.com at the South Jakarta District Court, Jl Ampera Raya, South Jakarta, Thursday (19/5/2022), M Kace arrived at around 10.30 WIB. M Kace wearing brown batik clothes with handcuffs.
M Kace arrived with a heavy police escort. When entering the courtroom, M Kace had time to greet the audience.
“Good morning everyone,” said M Kace.
After greeting the audience at the trial, M Kace then walked limping into the witness chair. The prison guard had time to open M Kace’s handcuffs first while in the courtroom.
M Kace also claimed to be healthy while attending the witness examination. When his identity was checked at trial, M Kace admitted that he had changed religion.
“Initially Islam, now has moved to Protestant Christianity,” said M Kace.
Previously, Inspector General Napoleon’s exception was rejected in court, later the case of M Kace’s persecution will continue to the proving stage. The judge requested that M Kace be presented as a victim witness in the next witness examination hearing.
“For the proving ceremony, the panel of judges asked the public prosecutors to present victim witnesses, preferably presented first according to the provisions of the procedural law,” said presiding judge Djumyanto after reading the interlocutory decision at the South Jakarta District Court, Jl Ampera Raya, South Jakarta, Thursday (12/12). /5).
It is known, Inspector General Napoleon Bonaparte was charged with molesting M Kace in the Criminal Investigation Department. Napoleon also covered M Kace with human excrement.
The indictment stated that Napoleon committed the act together with Dedy Wahyudi, Djafar Hamzah, Himawan Prasetyo, and Harmeniko alias Choky alias Pak RT. The prosecution for each defendant was carried out separately.
Napoleon was charged under Article 170 paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code or Article 170 paragraph (1) or Article 351 paragraph 1 junto Article 55 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code and Article 351 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.
