Martin Bécotte, Director General of the Regional Federation of Housing Non-Profits of Montérégie and Estrie, criticizes the fact that the $ 115 million transferred by the federal government to Quebec is used for other projects.
The money is dedicated to projects that have already been announced in previous budgets.
Mr. Bécotte affirms that new projects on the south shore of Montreal cannot see the light of day because of these political blockages.
