East Java Newsroom – Head of UPT PSBR Pamekasan Pinky Hidayati said, learning about the management of Karang Taruna is a form of organizational learning for youth beneficiaries (PM) of the Pamekasan PSBR Youth Social Service (PSBR) UPT.

Pinky explained, this Karang Taruna management will last for 6 months while PM is at PSBR Pamekasan, “Not only Karang Taruna, later we will also give many organizational lessons to PM,” he explained, Friday (10/9/2021) .

Pinky continued, organizational activities like this are very important given to teenagers. In addition to providing provisions for their future, this activity also gives PMs experience in organizing so that when they return to the community they are able to play an active role and share the knowledge that has been obtained from PSBR Pamekasan.

“I advised the PM to be trustworthy in carrying out their duties. It is hoped that with this new management, youth activities are initiated by the PM and for the PM for our progress together,” he said.

Meanwhile, the Karang Taruna social guidance instructor, Hamzah said, this inauguration is a knowledge for PM who is part of applied science (practical science) which does not have a referential theory. However, it is enough to provide valuable experience, especially in the initial setup of an organization.

“The most important thing is that the PM must try to apply the attitude and mentality of the organization to mature collective insight and togetherness,” he added.
