Organizational and social support services for the future move of Afnic, Montigny-le-Bretonneux

Object of the contract : Market for organizational and social support services for Afnic’s future relocation:
– support Afnic management in determining the most relevant choice for its future premises, in terms of location, modularity, access, connectivity, the need to respond to new working methods, etc.
– ensure on behalf of Afnic a research mandate within the meaning of the HOGUET law of September 2, 1970, amended with a view to offering it premises meeting its needs and assisting it in negotiating the sale or lease contract correspondent (mission without exclusive title).

Identification of the organization awarding the contract: Afnic, Immeuble le Stephenson 1-3 rue Stephenson, 78180 Montigny-le-bretonneux
Duration of the contract: This contract takes effect on the date of its notification for a provisional period of eighteen to twenty-four (18 to 24) months without its total duration being able to exceed 30 months, the move covered by this contract being scheduled for the 1st semester 2023
Number and consistency of lots: single lot market

Award procedure: Appropriate procedure contract

Terms of allocation: open procedure, without limitation of candidates; the period of validity of the offers is 120 days.
Selection criteria : – Fixed price relating to the first type of assignment (20%)
– level of the percentage of remuneration for the research mandate if Afnic chooses a property proposed by the contract holder (10%)
– Quality of the technical offer (60%), broken down as follows:
* Understanding of the need – 10%
* Quality of work methods and deliverables – 25%
* Quality and consistency of the detailed execution schedule – 25%
– Experience, qualification, certification of the candidate and of the team dedicated to the performance of the services referred to in the subject of the single file (10%).
