Surrender begs the question of how different someone’s life would look if they opted for love, loyalty, or passion.
The synopsis says:
The series centers on Joe Kimbreau as he makes a fundamental, life-changing decision upon graduating from Syracuse University. The show follows him on three parallel timelines, beginning 10 years after graduation: as a police officer, following in his father’s footsteps; as a music star, following his passion; and as a nurse, after he marries his beloved.
The cast includes James Wolk, Elizabeth Lail, Charlie Barnett, and Cuban-American actress Natalie Martinez, whom we had the opportunity to interview exclusively.
“There are a lot of people who always think about the” yes “ones, like if I stayed with my high school sweetheart, if I were a doctor or if I went to another country to live,” said Natalie.
In “Ordinary Joe”, Natalie plays Amy, Joe’s love interest, but the reality is that she plays 3 different roles.
“In one life I’m married to Joe, in another we’re dating and in another life I’m out of the zone,” said the actress.
Regarding the “would”, she mentioned that as a young woman she wanted to be a nurse, since she was a volunteer in a hospital, but the turns of life led her to dedicate herself to the world of acting after seeing an opportunity proposed by her mother to venture into modeling.
Fate always puts us where we need to be. Everything I’ve done in my life has led me here you know? No regrets. I’m very grateful. I have taken every opportunity that has come my way.
The actress has worked with Ryan Reynolds, Jason Statham, Mark Whalberg, María Conchita Alonso and will soon share the screen with Hugh Jackman in the film Reminiscence.
