The ordinance for the establishment of the red zone in Piedmont e Lombardy, could be signed on Wednesday afternoon. Health Minister Roberto Speranza is not unbalanced: We await the data before signing the ordinances. And by the collaborators of the president of Lombardy, Attilio Fontana, stresses that there is still no official confirmation.
