Kristina Orbakaite has been trying to stay away from scandals throughout 2022. Even when her mother fell on hard times, the singer did not make any statements or give sensational interviews. Instead, the star appeared to have gone into the shadows. She continued to perform, but she hid her personal life as much as possible from all onlookers.
But no matter how hard Christina tried to protect herself, she was still drawn into the scandal. Suddenly, the filming of the show “Duets” on the channel “Russia 1” turned into a real disaster for Orbakaite. The artist went on stage with Igor Nikolaev. And thoughtful spectators criticized the musicians for choosing outfits. When Kristina got up to take pictures with a longtime family friend, it became clear to attentive fans that her dress and Nikolaev’s jacket together echoed the colors of the Ukrainian flag. In the current difficult situation, many have decided that artists thus make a statement. Neither Orbakaite nor Nikolaev commented on the scandal.
On New Year’s Eve, Christina left the country altogether. Together with her husband Mikhail Zemtsov and her daughter Claudia, the singer enjoys life in the United States. Recently the artist posted a family photo on his microblog on Instagram *, wishing his fans a Merry Christmas.
Meanwhile, Christina is silent about the problems associated with her mother and other family scandals. But the star did not forget to recall the series “Pregnancy Test”, where she played one of her central roles. Apparently, the events in the story began to develop rapidly. So, in one of the episodes, the heroine Orbakaite is given two weeks to deal with the problem. Then the character of her, the arrogant and principled Nina Artamonova will have a hard time.
Recall that recently it became known that Kristina Orbakaite, contrary to previous information, will not be able to receive the apartment in Jurmala bequeathed to her by Boris Moiseev. The artist, who died last fall, long before his death, said that he was going to leave the foreign apartments of Orbakaite, since he had been close friends with her mother Alla Pugacheva for a long time.
However, with Moiseev’s Jurmala real estate, everything was not so simple. However, Christina is now unlikely to worry much about this. After all, it is completely incomprehensible how her future career will develop in Russia, given all the recent events. So the fans are not in vain worried about the star.
