Orange has exceeded ten million conversations with its customers through WhatsApp, after the operator launched this new user service channel in 2019, as reported by the company in a statement.
During the last three years, the telecommunications company has interacted with a total of two million customers through this channel, which is available continuously throughout the year.
The service, which manages 15% of the client’s interactions with the firm, is provided by 500 people, distributed between the Orange centers in Guadalajara and Oviedo.
