The resolution entered into forceof the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 14, 2023 No. 229 “On Amendments to Certain Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Regarding the Provision of Financial State Support to Business Entities”, the draft of which was developed by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine to optimize the State Programs “Available 5-7-9 Loans %” and “Available financial leasing 5-7-9%” under martial law conditions. This is reported by the Government portal.
The Ministry of Finance has prepared an infographic to explain the changes adopted by the Government to the Procedure for providing financial state support to business entities and the Procedure for providing financial state support to business entities under financial leasing contracts, approved by Resolution No. 28 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 24, 2020.
We will remind that the programs are implemented by the Fund for the Development of Entrepreneurship (FDP). The only participant of the FRP is the Government of Ukraine represented by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, which coordinates all aspects of the Fund’s activities.
The state continues to make all necessary compensatory payments for the benefit of businesses under the concluded credit agreements within the State programs “Affordable loans 5-7-9%” and “Affordable financial leasing 5-7-9%”.
