Suara.com – Oppo Reno5 will launch on December 10, 2020. This confirmation was conveyed by Oppo himself through its official account on Chinese social media, Weibo this week.
Oppo launched Reno5 less than 6 months after Reno4 was launched in June 2020. The Reno series is indeed one of the fastest cyclicals in the industry, with a gap between the series about 6 months apart.
As a reminder, Oppo Reno3 was launched in December 2019 in China and entered Indonesia in March 2020. Meanwhile, Reno4 has been marketed in the country since August.

However, some rumors, as reported by GSM Arena Wednesday (2/12/2020), Oppo Reno5 will come in three variants with the difference that lies in the processor used.
The three variants are the Oppo Reno5 with the Snapdragon 765 chipset, the Reno5 Pro with Dimensity 1000+, and the Reno5 Pro Plus which is powered by the Snapdragon 865.
Previous information shows that the front design of the Reno5 will be similar to the Reno4 SE series, while the Reno5 Pro and Reno5 Pro Plus will be similar to the Reno4 Pro design.
For the screen variant, the Reno5 will have an OLED panel measuring 6.43 inches. As for the Reno5 Pro and Reno5 Pro Plus each is equipped with an OLED panel measuring 6.55 inches. The Reno5 series has also received HDR 10+ certification.
Oppo Reno5 and Reno5 Pro have capacities of 4,300mAh and 4,350mAh respectively. The Reno 5 Pro Plus model is predicted to come with a capacity of 4,500mAh. All three phones are rumored to support 65W fast charging.

The Reno5 and Reno5 Pro series are expected to be armed with a Sony IMX686 camera sensor with 64MP resolution. Meanwhile, the Reno5 Pro Plus is predicted to be powered by a Sony IMX7XX with a 50MP sensor, 16MP ultra-wide camera, 12MP telephoto lens and 2MP macro lens. The three phones are also rumored to be using a 32MP front camera.
