Oppo will present this Wednesday, July 15, a new ultra fast charging technology: 125 W capable of recharging a 4000 mA h battery in just 15 minutes.

Indeed, its powerful solution (125 W!) will replace 65 W SuperVOOC 2.0 technology, which already made it possible to recharge a 4000 mAh battery in just 30 minutes (in particular the Find X2 Pro).
Oppo is not the only manufacturer to offer fast charging. Vivo, another company owned by BBK Electronics (alongside Realme and OnePlus), offers its side 120 W recharge, a bit slower than what Oppo should present tomorrow, but which still allows to gain 50% battery in just 5 minutes.
Finally, on the competition side, we know that Xiaomi has demonstrated its 1000W Mi Charge Turbo technology, which promises full recharge in 17 minutes. Which gives Oppo a little head start. let’s remember that on the Apple side (among others), fast charging tops out at … 18 W.
