Oppo and Vivo are reportedly launching tablets soon

Jakarta, Selular.ID – Oppo and Vivo are two manufacturers from China rumored to be entering the tablet market this year. A new leak has revealed that the two brands will announce a total of three tablets among each other.

Considering the tablet market increased last year following the impact of the pandemic which forced people to stay home and study online. This causes many people to have to buy at least one tablet for their children.

The market is still growing and more players will be launching their first models to take part as well. Through a “Digital Chat Station” account post, Vivo has two tablets in development while OPPO, a fellow company owned by BBK, has one.

Both manufacturers are expected to launch custom versions of their operating systems designed for tablets. So in the near future we will see Vivo tablets running OriginOS for Tablets while OPPO tablets will be running ColorOS for Tablets.

Meanwhile Realme is also expected to launch their tablet this year which will arrive as Realme Pad and OnePlus have filed trademark applications for “OnePlus Pad”.

The two companies are closer in relation to OPPO, so it’s understandable why OPPO has only launched one tablet this year. The OnePus tablet itself will also run ColorOS in China, so it’s safe to call it OPPO’s second tablet.
