AMLO has managed to separate his approval from the poor results of his government. How to explain? His simple and talkative personality, his inexhaustible ability to speak and sell a narrative – even if they are lies– The bad governments of the past that left deep wounds in the people and, above all, that the citizen has nowhere to turn: in past six-year terms, when the president failed, AMLO was there to capitalize on the errors electorally.
