DESCRIPTION
IN Video Shopping Experience Team (part of IN-Reach org) is seeking an experienced Operations associate to lead our video acquisition program. Our video catalog is produced internally (1P; Product Summary Videos (PSV) program), sourced from empaneled publishers and influencers (3P), or uploaded by seller partners for their ASINs (2P). Product Summary Video Program, aims to create engaging shopping videos in-house with amazon studios and using machine learning technologies. These videos are surfaced on Amazon.in to help customers shop As the Operations manager, you will be responsible for managing the program, from ideation to execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teamslike studios,categories,tech teams to deliver high-quality engaging videos that meet business goals.
Key job responsibilities
* Develop and manage the program’s roadmap, goals, and objectives to ensure successful delivery of the program
* Work with stakeholders (category managers, marketing managers, content editors, art directors, video editors etc) to identify and prioritize video content needs that align with business objectives and customer needs
* Collaborate with video producers, scriptwriters, and creative teams to develop engaging video content
* Establish and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for video production
* Actively tracking coverage metrics for all video types such as published videos, GV coverage, and define appropriate program measures if there is any deviation
* Drive continuous improvement of the program by analyzing video performance metrics by incorporating customer feedback
* Ensure that all videos comply with Amazon’s brand guidelines and legal requirements
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and operations
* Manage external vendors and agencies involved in video production
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years of sales experienceBachelor’s degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of sales experience
