We are looking for an operations technician to join the “SI Élèves” department SIASI – Lyon site. Composed of six people, it is responsible for managing applications related to primary and secondary schooling, as well as exams and competitions. It is structured into two teams, including the “Schooling” team, which you will join.
Participation in the management/operation of school applications and associated data warehouses, i.e. 40 applications including:
· WAVE for primary school education
· SIECLE for 2nd degree education
· Orientation and assignment management applications
· Scholarship management applications
· The school medicine application
Own activities:
· Master and document the operation, exploitation and management of applications.
· Drafting of operating procedure sheets
· Provide functional and technical support to users and managers of the Rectorate and DSDEN.
· Provide various treatments: editing, file transfer, data extraction, etc.
