The exhibition opens this Sunday evening.Welcome RamadanIn the Faisal district of Giza Governorate, in the presence of Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, Dr. Ali Al-Moselhi, Minister of Supply and Internal Trade, and Major General Ahmed Rashid, Governor of Giza, within the framework of the Ministry of Supply’s keenness and the assignments of the Council of Ministers to expand the establishment of exhibitions in all governorates of the Republic, to provide goods to citizens at reduced prices in implementation directives of the political leadership.
The Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade continues to offer large products of food commodities at the outlets of consumer complexes and branches of companies affiliated with the ministry at reduced prices of up to 30%, in light of the existence of a strategic stock of all goods that suffice the needs of citizens for long periods.
The Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade launched several mobile cars through the companies affiliated with the ministry to offer food commodities to citizens in villages and hamlets at reduced prices, in parallel with the expansion of the establishment of “Welcome Ramadan” exhibitions in various governorates nationwide, in implementation of the directives of President Sisi, President of the Republic, to provide all food commodities. All the time, the outlets of the consumer complexes also participated in the “Welcome Ramadan” exhibitions, where a corner is allocated in each outlet to offer goods, as well as the participation of major commercial chains in price reductions.
This comes at a time when Dr. Ali Al-Moselhy, Minister of Supply and Internal Trade, directed to increase the rates of pumping food commodities products into the outlets of consumer complexes and branches of affiliated companies, and to provide outlets with all products on a regular basis, as well as to provide vegetable and fruit products, pointing out that the organization of “Welcome Ramadan” exhibitions this year is under the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and the Council of Ministers, in order to provide all the citizens’ needs of commodities at appropriate discounts, and the “Welcome Ramadan” exhibitions are launched in all governorates and continue until the end of the month of Ramadan. Coordination has also been made with the Ministry of Trade and Industry and the General Federation of Chambers of Commerce to establish a joint central operations room to monitor the availability of goods and follow up Release of production requirements in coordination with the Central Bank of Egypt.
