The Ambassador of India to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Piyush Srivastava, inaugurated the seventh branch of Al Hilal Healthcare Group in Hidd. Ann Galando En Luis, Ambassador-Designate of the Republic of the Philippines, opened the pharmacy at the new medical center. The event hosted delegations representing diplomatic missions from the embassies of Pakistan, Nepal, Thailand, Malaysia and Tunisia. The opening ceremony was held with a grand iftar in Hidd on the 18th of April at the complex near Hidd. More than 1,500 people attended the opening and iftar, including ambassadors of various diplomatic missions, members of the Royal Parliament, the Board of Directors of Al Hilal Healthcare Group, the media, employees, and valued customers. The presence of many dignitaries was the highlight of the event. The ceremony was also attended by the Managing Directors of Al Hilal Healthcare Group, Dr. B. A. Mohammed and Mr. Abdellatif, along with Dr. Shart Chandran, CEO of Al-Hilal Healthcare Group, Asif Muhammad, Regional Director of Business Development at Al-Hilal Healthcare Group, and Sahel Jamaluddin, Chief Financial Officer of Al-Hilal Healthcare Group. The Director of Information and Follow-up in the Capital Governorate, Youssef Yaqoub Lori, was among the distinguished guests who attended the ceremony. The event was also honored in the presence of Abdullah Al Dhaen, Member of Parliament of Bahrain, Musallam Asad, from the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce, Shawqi Mohammed Al Hashemi, CEO of Nass Contracting, PV Radekrishna Pillai, President of the Keralite Club of Bahrain, Aroldas, President of the Indian Community Relief Fund and other guests. Famous bloggers from all over Bahrain also participated in the opening ceremony, press conference, and breakfast.
