30.08.24 – The law firm Meissel & Partner opened in Neuhof at the beginning of July 2024. Moritz Meissel (33 years old) and his brother Sebastian Meissel (29 years old) have decided to set up their own law firm together.

The young law firm in Neuhof covers all civil law issues and is well staffed with two lawyers and two employees. Lawyers are generally freelancers, the brothers have organized the law firm as equal partners. A legal assistant and a notary assistant complement the young team. As a specialist lawyer for employment law, Moritz Meissel primarily deals with employment law issues, but in the Meissel & Partner law firm, together with his brother Sebastian Meissel, he generally covers all civil law areas Moritz Meissel studied at the Faculty of Law of the Julius-Maximilians-University of Würzburg, was admitted to the bar in September 2019 and was from 2019 in a law firm with notary office in Neuhof.
From May 2022 to April 2024, Mr. Moritz Meissel worked there as a notary administrator. In addition to his work as a lawyer and notary, Moritz Meissel is Lecturer at the German Lawyers Academy Since August 2024, he has been preparing candidates (i.e. prospective notaries) for the notarial professional examination, which tests knowledge in the various areas of notarial law in several written exams and an oral part.
