Auchan Retail opens this Wednesday, July 7 the first
Auchan Pedestrian in Nantes. rue Jeanne d’Arc. At the limit
between the city center and the Haut-Pavé district

digital and physical commerce and offers customers

After an experiment in metropolitan Lille which has demonstrated its relevance to expectations
of urban consumers, Auchan Retail continues to expand its concept in France. With this
new point of contact, the 1st in Nantes, Auchan Retail is developing its digital proximity offer
for its urban customers.
Supplied by the Saint Herblain hypermarket, it allows you to pick up on foot or by bike,
orders placed online on auchan.fr and thus offers the hypermarket’s offer (more than
10,000 references), at prices lower than the competing offer in the city center.
Additional services, such as a self-service product offering (600 references);
a snacking offer with meals cooked every day in the kitchens of the hypermarket, a
Mondial Relay point for Vinted and auchan.fr parcels, as well as a ticketing area, facilitate the
daily life of the inhabitants of the district.
From the hypermarket to the pedestrian, the steps
The customer places his order online on auchan.fr (site or application)
The customer chooses his niche and his Auchan Pedestrian withdrawal “Nantes-Talensac”
The order is prepared by the drive of the Saint Herblain hypermarket
The customer goes to the Auchan Piéton to collect his order – Collection possible within 3 hours without an appointment
