Hérault farmers who would be affected can declare their losses until January 31, 2022.
The ministerial decree of 07/16/2021 recognizing the nature of an agricultural disaster to the damage suffered by farmers in Hérault can be downloaded opposite.
The claim for compensation must be submitted via the TeleCalam teleprocedure.

Opening calendar of the teleprocedure according to the crops:
- Apricot / cherry: from September 7 to October 8,
- Peach / nectarine / plum: October to November,
- Pome fruits and other fruits: during November,
- Vineyard, other productions and loss of funds: mid-December.
