Following the announcement of the ministry in charge of sports on the labeling of 151 new Sports-Health Houses in 2021, the UMT-Mutualité Terres d’Oc, was selected for the opening by the end of 2021 of a House Sports-Health specializing in the Mutual Center for functional rehabilitation of Albi, in the Tarn.

On medical prescription “Sport on prescription”, VYV Form ‘Autonomie will offer a physical activity report then an orientation on one of its 5 adapted physical activity programs:
• Seniors (over 75 years old),
• Chronic Diseases and ALD,
• Morbid obesity,
• Motor or cognitive disability,
• Chronic low back pain.
The people welcomed will find, within the Maison Sport-Santé – VYV Form ‘Autonomie, professionals able to offer them specific and personalized support, as well as skills and resources (equipment, facilities, etc.) from the rehabilitation center.
